As part of this prestigious hotel and residential project, AIS HOME GROUP—through its specialist brand AIS SMARTI—was entrusted with the design, production, and supply of multiple custom joinery components. Our scope included fire-rated door systems, interior doors, aluminum windows, and coordinated AIS cabinets solutions for built-in storage areas, ensuring seamless integration between aesthetics, durability, and safety across all zones of the property.
Each product was engineered and manufactured to meet Australian and international fire-resistance standards, ensuring both protection and architectural harmony. The AIS SMARTI fire doors feature a high-performance fireproof core, layered with high-density insulation and finished with durable veneer and lacquer surfaces. This approach maintains a consistent visual language throughout corridors, suites, and public areas, while delivering robust, certified fire separation.
The interior doors were designed to complement the project’s neutral, elegant interior palette—offering a refined finish that enhances the spacious, modern aesthetic of each suite.
