Spearheaded by New Haven developer Adam Haston, the USA Studio Apartment initiative targets white-collar young professionals seeking contemporary urban living with a full range of amenities. Each unit is carefully designed to maximize both space and style, delivering an ideal blend of comfort, efficiency, and modern elegance.
As part of this USA Studio Apartment project, AIS provided a complete interior solution package with a strong focus on function and design. Our kitchen cabinet selections included custom cabinetry tailored to the compact layouts, ensuring efficient use of space while enhancing the visual appeal of the cooking areas. These kitchen pantry cabinets were not only space-saving but also optimized for everyday organization, making each unit highly practical for residents with active lifestyles.
Beyond kitchens, the USA Studio Apartment development also featured built-in closets designed for both functionality and style. Each wardrobe offered generous storage while seamlessly integrating into the minimalist interior design, ensuring a cohesive and elegant look. In addition to cabinetry, we furnished each USA Studio Apartment with essential furniture pieces such as beds, coffee tables, and desks—balancing comfort with usability for everyday living. To further enhance the shared amenities of the property’s 40,000 square feet of communal space, outdoor kitchen cabinets were also introduced for common terrace areas, offering residents added flexibility and convenience.
